Check out the symbiotic relationships that are present in this ecosystem!
Mutualistic Relationships- A mutualistic symbiotic relationship is when two organisms work together because each organism has something to offer the other. For example, a bee is able to get nectar from a flower to produce honey, and the flowers pollen is carried on the bee to other flowers to guide reproduction amongst flowers.
Parasitism- Parasitism is another type of symbiotic relationship but this time is not agreed on by both organisms. One organism is being helped by stealing nutrients or using another organism as protection but at the same time is harming the animal it is getting its help from. For example, a deer tick sucks the blood from White-tailed Deer which ultimately helps the tick survive but at the same time the Deer is loosing its blood and becoming vulnerable for diseases the tick carries.
